Cancellations
Cancellations are welcome within 24 hours of purchase.
*To ensure your satisfaction, please keep in mind:
1.The shape of the pearls used and the color of the gems will differ slightly from the product photography.
2.Authentic pearls have natural flaws and there will be slight flaws because GleamSea jewelries are all handmade ones.
Damages and issues
All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. We are so sorry that it happened.Therefore within 30 calendar days on receipt of delivery.Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return or Refund
We are a responsible team who really care about our customers.You can feel free to contact us immediately for the return or refund issues.We’re glad to help with and give a quick & satisfying response!
To start a return or refund, you can send us an inbox message or email us at gleamsea.com@gmail.com.We will be glad to meet you there.
We only accept Refund or Return for the following reasons:
1. The seller sent the wrong jewelry.
2. The jewelry is damaged.
3. The color/style/size does not match the description.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.We will refund to your original payment method. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to us with significant time and costs involved. So we do not provide return label or pre-paid postage for returns.
Once the item is received in our facility, please allow up to five business days for an email confirmation of the refund status or credit process.
Products Eligible for Refund or Return Must Be:
- Must be returned by customer & received by GleamSea within 30 calendar days of original receipt of delivery to customer
- Jewelry and gifts in original condition
- Unworn, no brushing and scent free of tobacco smoke, food odors, etc.
- Tags attached (NOT Removed or Cut and Reattached)
- In its original box, wrapping, net, etc.
Please Note: We take internal quality controls very seriously and inspect every jewelry that is returned. Once we receive your return, please allow up to five business days to process the return. An exchange/credit will not be issued if your returned products are not eligible for returns, and the piece will be sent back to the customer.
